This policy describes how Silver Scallop Consulting handles information associated with this website. It does not govern a client engagement, which may be subject to a separate agreement and its own privacy or confidentiality terms.

When you submit a conversation or engagement form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organization, desired timing, and details about the question, challenge, or outcome you want to discuss.

Please do not send passwords, financial account information, health information, or other highly sensitive or confidential material through these forms.

The website does not provide user accounts, accept payments, use advertising trackers, or run a Silver Scallop web analytics service.

Form submissions are sent through a server-side route hosted by Vercel. Resend processes the message for email delivery, and the message is delivered to a Silver Scallop shared mailbox hosted in Microsoft 365. These providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services.

Silver Scallop does not maintain a separate website database of form submissions. The resulting email is retained in the business mailbox as described below.

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

Silver Scallop does not currently use cookies for advertising or site analytics. The hosting platform may process an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and essential technologies needed for request handling, security, or platform operation.

This website is intended for organizations and adults seeking consulting information. It is not directed to children under 13, and Silver Scallop does not knowingly collect their personal information through the site.
